A PATRA ZI

Mic dejun: 150 de grame fructe de pădure, un shake de ciocolată.
Prânz: 250 g salată de cru­dităţi cu ton mărunţit, un ciorchine mic de struguri.
Cină: 200 g cartofi copţi, o salată verde cu ulei de măs­line şi zeamă de lămâie, 80 g somon afumat, două pătrăţele de ciocolată neagră.

A CINCEA ZI

Mic dejun: O felie de pâine prăjită, un shake de ciocolată.
Prânz: Salată de crudităţi cu piept de pui rece, un măr.
Cină: 200 g cartofi copţi, 150 g legume fierte, două pătrăţele de ciocolată neagră.

A ŞASEA ZI

Mic dejun: 200 g salată de fructe, un shake de ciocolată.
Prânz: 250 g salată mixtă, două linguri de unt de arahide pe o felie de pâine, o portocală.
Cină: 180 g paste fierte, 50 g de carne de crab, o salată de fructe, două pătrăţele de ciocolată neagră.

Eficienţă: Slăbeşti două kilograme în şase zile.

A cannibal infamous for digging up and consuming the corpse of an old woman is ready for love, the Jakarta Post reports.

But Sumanto, still in rehabilitation on the island of Java, has standards.

"The most important thing is that [she] is a woman and can cook," he told the Post, adding that he also wants someone "religiously devout" and good with kids.

But she doesn't have to be beautiful, he said.

Ladies, however, should take caution: a fascinating profile of Sumanto published by Agence France Presse in 2009 suggests he's not such a catch.

Neighbors still recall the man's "fang-like teeth, forked tongue and diet of cats, cockroaches and lizards," according to AFP.

Said one neighbor: "There'll be chaos if he ever comes back. I don't want him to kill me and have me for dinner."
