Welcome to earth: Photo of UFO hovering above Bucharest parliament mirrors famous White House scene from Independence Day

• Photographer describes getting a strange feeling as he took the picture
• He was stunned to look back at his photo and see the mystery object
• It shows UFO above the imposing Romanian parliament in a beam of light

In a shot eerily similar to a scene from the blockbuster film Independence Day, an unidentified flying object hovers over the Palace of the Parliament in Bucharest.
The man who took the photograph of the flying saucer in Romania's capital has spoken of his shock at his brief encounter.
Cosmin Garlesteanu described getting a strange feeling while taking a picture of the imposing government building, and was stunned when he looked back at his snap to see a strange green and blue light beaming down on it.

Strange sighting: A photographer captured this UFO hovering above the Romanian parliament in Bucharest

Inside the beam there appears to be two elliptical shapes hovering above the grand structure.
The image mirrors a famous scene from Hollywood's Independence Day, starring Will Smith, where a spaceship appears above the White House in Washington and blows it up.

The photograph, taken on February 4, has attracted global interest after Mr Garlesteanu uploaded it onto a photo-sharing website.
Viewers around the world have been coming up with a host of theories about what the unusual sight could be.

Some are convinced it is an alien spacecraft, while others dismiss it as a simple trick of the light.
The amateur photographer said: 'I was walking after work and decided to take some photos. It was a very cold and windy and there was a cloudy sky.
'It was the first time I've taken pictures of the Houses of Parliament at night and I was not dissapointed by the result.
'I took five or six pictures but when I took the last one I got a strange feeling. I looked again and again and couldn't believe my eyes. I didn't know what the strange light was.

'I saw it when I viewed my picture. I can't explain it. I showed the picture to my friend and he said it looked like a scene from Independence Day. It was very unexpected.
'It's a strange light with a form I can't really describe, it looks like a UFO. I always think miracles can happen.'

Mr Garlesteanu's spot follows a spate UFO sightings over Bucharest. In January, a triangle UFO formation of three unexplained lights in the sky above the city were captured on video.

Also last month, another person reported sighting a large black disc, believed to have a four miles diameter, with multiple lights above Bucharest.
The spotter describes seeing the UFO at 2.30am with a group of friends, which 'sat still for four minutes with lights on'.

They describe seeing more lights turning on 'rapidly in a sequence and after few seconds it just went up, turning the whole disc and disappeared in a fraction of a second to the east side of the city'.

The skeletal remains of what appears to be a half  human / half cat has been removed from the recently discovered hidden chamber of the great pyramid and is now on display in Cairo’s national museum.

Scientists from around the globe have been arriving in Egypt to study the strange skeleton,  many of them do not believe that it could be real.

“We know that the ancient Egyptians were accomplished taxidermist, this is most likely one of their creations they made to scare away thieves.”  Dr. Jason Hendley of Oxford university told us.

Hidden chamber discovered in peak of great pyramid

Some of the scientists agree with Dr, Hendley while others are less sceptical.

“I find it quite perplexing that the spinal column of the creature is actually attached to the skull.”  Dr.Winston Gorjone explained. 

“If this was the creation of some ancient taxidermist, the attachment of the skull to the spinal column would have been obvious.  There would be wire holding the skull to the spinal column. In this case, there is not.  

 The bone is fused together naturally which would indicate that this skeleton may indeed be the remains of some long forgotten species of animal.”

The half cat/ half human skeleton that was found in the recently discovered hidden chamber in the great pyramid.

“What we must not forget is that ancient Egyptian lore is filled with half human/half animal beings.” Dr. Gorjone said. “The question that now lies before us is whether or not they were imaginary or if they really existed.

“I am not at liberty to discuss it.” Dr. Gorjone said. “For now the golden sphere is considered a state secret by the Egyptian government and we are not allowed to discuss it with anyone.”

The National Reporter – How soon do you think the secret of the floating sphere will be uncovered and when it is, will this information be released to the public?

“Right now the sphere is still inside the great pyramid. From what I have been told it can not be moved.  Technicians have tried using hydraulic pistons to force it free from its present position, but the force field it is generating is to powerful.   What it is and how it has managed to stay afloat for thousands of years is still a mystery.”

UFO Crashes Off Okinawa, Japanese Navy Secures Area, Releases Photo

According to the site In Other Newz, Nippon Television reported December 5th that “an Unidentified Flying Object, a UFO, went down off the coast of Okinawa, an island at the southern tip of Japan. Several news crews, along with police and emergency vehicles, rushed to the scene just in time to see the UFO sink into the water, according to multiple sources.”

Japanese Navy officials have released the first ever photo of the UFO that crashed off the coast of Okinawa yesterday. The photo appears grainy and somewhat unclear since the vessel is submerged underwater but clearly shows a power source still glowing brightly atop the aircraft’s dome.

“We wanted to release this photo to the world and confirm the reports issued yesterday,” said Japanese Navy spokesman Yoshido Hari. “This picture will give credence to what some of our citizens living on Okinawa witnessed yesterday. We clearly still have many days of salvaging ahead of us but we will take our time and bring the aircraft up in one piece. We must preserve the object as much as possible.”

Numerous reports began to circulate around the globe yesterday about a possible UFO crash off the coast of Okinawa. Many people, including the mainstream media, believed the reports to be false or an elaborate prank. The picture snapped by Japanese Navy divers will put those thoughts of falsity to rest.

“This is not a joke,” said Hari, speaking candidly to reporters. “We have clear evidence at the bottom of the ocean that indicates UFO presence. What the world once thought virtually impossible is now a reality. It is up to us to preserve that reality in order to study the structure of the vessel and perhaps even the alien lifeforms inhabiting it.”

Several scientists from the United States have already been dispatched by the U.S. government and will arrive in Tokyo sometime today. It is unclear, however, if the vessel will be moved to the capital city for further study and research or if it will remain housed in a hangar on Okinawa.

“At this early junction, we can’t say for sure where we will be conducting our studies,” said Hari. “Our main objective at the moment is salvaging the giant aircraft in one piece. We must get it out of the water before saltwater eats away critical pieces. Obviously, keeping the structure intact would be optimal.”

Asked if the Japanese Navy had any intentions of releasing future photos of the downed UFO, Hari commented, “At this time we have no other photos to release. The water is somewhat murky and the picture released to the world this morning is the best quality available at this time. We will try to produce other photos of the vessel as conditions improve.”

Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda is expected to arrive on the small island sometime tomorrow to speak with Navy representatives regarding the salvaging of the UFO. Needless to say, the Japanese government has a huge interest in preserving the aircraft as it will be used for future research endeavors.
It  was a good story and well written but unfortunately appears not to be true.  No Japanese news sources are reporting the event. 

What appears to be a pink-colored UFO hovering in the sky in these Google street view images of Jacksonville, Texas is suspiciously similar to the UFO photo allegedly released by the Japanese Navy.  Do the images below  offer confirmation of the story or confirmation of a hoax?

The story of the sunken UFO is appearing at many UFO sites from only from In Other Newz, but not in Japanese print media.  A search of YouTube while turning up videos of recent UFO sightings in Japan, shows no evidence of a UFO crash in Okinawa.
