Ritual in Honor of the Mother-Tree

This is a short sample from the footage of a ritual conducted in honor of the Mother-tree (Eej Mod) in Mongolia in April 2005. A large number of shamans summoned their spirits and made offerings to the Mother-tree as well as to their own shaman-trees nearby. This shamaness is assisted by a friend of her, another shamaness and both of them are Buryats
