Leacuri de pacalit iarna:
Costa mai nimic si va fac rezistenti, frumosi, veseli si
sanatosi. Sunt retetele cele mai eficace pentru zilele reci. Va
prezentam proceduri naturale, remedii cu plante si alimente, sugestii si
mici secrete, precum si un grafic pentru raceala, care sa va faca bine
in 6 zile.
*I. Intaritoare pentru
imunitate* * Transpiratii la baia de aburi*Pe vremuri, mai fiecare oras romanesc avea o baie comuna de
aburi, loc de
intalnire saptamanala, mai cu seama pentru
Fara explicatii stiintifice, ei simteau ca, mai ales iarna, caldura
umeda le face bine la sanatate.

frecvent o viroza decat restul subiectilor. Explicatia este
urmatoarea: scaderea temperaturii blocheaza activitatea leucocitelor,

iaurtul!*Produsele lactate naturale,
nepasteurizate, cu bacterii probiotice, intaresc politia intestinala ,
cu care corpul se apara singur impotriva germenilor patogeni. Iaurtul
creste proprietatea anumitor celule de a digera microbi si ajuta la
formarea de celule imunitare. Cu o conditie: sa fie consumat zilnic.
sa folositi mereu acelasi tip de iaurt (kefir, lapte acru), intrucat
producatorii intrebuinteaza culturi bacteriene diferite.
*Kiwi si mango* Pentru combaterea infectiilor,
corpul nostru consuma cantitati mari de zinc si vitamina C. De aceea, in
cursul iernii, este necesar sa-i aprovizionam regulat depozitele. Kiwi
contine foarte multa vitamina C.
Mango ne pune la dispozitie zincul. Va
propunem o masura profilactica absolut delicioasa: taiati in bucati mici
un mango si doua kiwi si zdrobiti-le pana obtineti o crema pufoasa. La
sfarsit o puteti indulci cu putina miere.
*Paine cu usturoi*O capatana de
usturoi ne apara, cu adevarat, de infectiile gripale? Pana ce oamenii de
stiinta vor ajunge la un consens, cercetatorii britanici au descoperit
ca fanii usturoiului sufera mai rar de tuse si guturai. Iar daca se
imbolnavesc totusi, raceala lor trece cu trei zile si jumatate mai
repede decat a celorlalti.
Pentru a preveni imbolnavirea, e nevoie sa
mancati usturoi zi de zi, minimum trei saptamani, cel mai bine taiat
marunt si presarat pe o felie de paine unsa cu unt sau prajita si unsa
cu ulei de masline. Un amanunt important: numai usturoiul crud are
acest efect. * II.
Stimulente pentru suflet*
* Pete de culoare* Iarna poate fi
deosebit de cenusie.. Nu doar norii si ploile care tin locul zapezii
incetoseaza culorile peisajului, ci si creatorii de moda, care imbraca
femeile in negru si tonuri de gri. Pentru a lupta cu depresia,
psihologii ne sfatuiesc sa ne inveselim macar casa, cu pete de culoare,
alegand covoare sau pleduri in nuante vii si impodobind incaperile cu

calorifer* Adesea e suficient sa intindeti un prosop ud pe
calorifer, pentru ca parul sa va fie mai putin zburlit. Iarna, parul se
electric, deoarece aerul uscat nu e un
conducator de curent. Cand mergeti pe linoleum sau pe mochete din fibre
sintetice, ia nastere o electricitate statica si ea se aduna in firele
de par. Sugestie: presarati pe prosoape cateva picaturi de ulei aromat.
*Cura cu ulei de masline* Cand va mananca
pielea capului iarna si se formeaza matreata la tample, o masca de
noapte cu ulei de masline va poate fi de mare ajutor. Turnati intr-o
farfurioara o cantitate de ulei masurata cu un paharel de tuica.
Inmuiati din cand in cand varfurile degetelor in acest ulei care
calmeaza pielea si masati bland tot capul. Lasati uleiul sa actioneze
peste noapte, iar dimineata, spalati-va cu un sampon neutru. Ca sa
evitati petele de grasime pe perna, inveliti-o intr-un prosop sau puneti
o boneta pe cap. *Buze
frumoase si sanatoase* Cu cat este mai buna circulatia
sangelui la nivelul buzelor, cu atat mai curand se regenereaza pielea,
iar micile crapaturi se vindeca mai repede. In loc sa folositi mereu
crema de buze (strugurelul), faceti-va obiceiul sa strangeti puternic
buzele, apasandu-le una de alta, cu dintii, sa le muscati usor sau sa le
masati cu o perie moale, de mai multe ori pe zi. *Manusi cu ulei*Vi se
mainile iarna? Cumparati o pereche de
manusi chirurgicale de bumbac si taiati-le varfurile
degetelor. Seara, puneti-le pe maini si inmuiati-le in ulei de masline,
exact pe portiunile unde pielea e asprita. Cu varfurile degetelor
libere, le puteti purta si in cursul zilei, telefonand, lucrand la
calculator sau citind, in vreme ce substantele vegetale hranitoare si
calmante patrund in pielea degradata si reduc inflamatia.
*Baie cu lapte*Ca sa va hraniti
pielea de pe intreg corpul, preparati-va un adaos de baie dintr-un litru
de lapte gras ori un pahar de smantana, plus cel putin trei linguri de
miere, dizolvate mai inainte intr-o cana de apa clocotita. Turnati
ingredientele pe rand in apa de baie, incalzita la aproximativ 35 °C.
Daca va place, adaugati si cateva picaturi de ulei eteric. Ramaneti in
cada minimum cinci minute, dar nu mai mult de douazeci, apoi stergeti-va
bine cu prosopul si bagati- va imediat in pat. Grasimea din
lapte hraneste pielea, iar mierea ii asigura umiditatea necesara.
*Molid si migdale
contra picioarelor reci*
Picioarele reci se pot incalzi cu un masaj de ulei de molid
sau ienupar. Va creste rezistenta la frig, caci uleiurile
eterice activeaza foarte repede si durabil circulatia locala.
Supliment: adaugati ulei de migdale in proportie de 1:10 si masati-va
alternativ labele picioarelor, energic, dar cu blandete, timp de cateva
minute. Uleiul de migdale catifeleaza pielea si impiedica formarea
*IV. Mijloace de lupta cu raceala* *Mere coapte*Contra durerilor de gât ne ajuta
merele coapte. Luati trei mere, scobiti-le in mijloc si scoateti-le
samburii, ungeti-le cu miere si lasati-le sa se coaca aproximativ 30 de
cuptorul dinainte incalzit la 180
° C. Indata ce

stimuleaza circulatia locala si astfel reduce inflamatia la sinusuri.
Curatati de coaja doi-trei cartofi, fierbeti- i pana se fac foarte moi,
puneti-i intr-un castron cu putin lapte si zdrobiti-i. Intindeti pasta
fierbinte, de grosimea unui deget, pe doua batiste puse una peste alta.
Impaturiti batistele, facand din ele un pachetel alungit si asezati-l pe
nas, cat mai cald. Imediat
s-a racit, schimbati-o.
*Rondele de ceapa*
Este adevarat ca
miroase a ceapa dar...alege sanatateaAromaterapie
pentru nasul infundat: uleiurile eterice din ceapa dezinfecteaza si
usureaza respiratia. Inainte sa mergeti la culcare, puneti intr-o
farfurie adanca o ceapa mare, taiata in rondele, si asezati-o langa pat,
la inaltimea capului. Terapia cu aroma de ceapa are insa
efect doar daca nu deschideti fereastra. *Aburii si
sanatatea* Aburii fierbinti cu uleiuri eterice (foarte indicat:
eucaliptul) constituie cea mai eficienta terapie contra inflamatiilor
din gât si faringe. Metoda consacrata e simpla: o oala de apa fiarta,
cateva picaturi de ulei aromat si un prosop asezat pe cap. *Cafea cu aroma de cuisoare*Un remediu cu
actiune rapida contra durerilor de gat sunt cuisoarele: ele
dezinfecteaza si potolesc durerea. Zdrobiti-le intr-un mojar sau dati-le
prin rasnita de cafea si fierbeti-le
odata cu cafeaua.

impotriva guturaiului si a tusei: baile la picioare cu apa incalzita

baie mai rece. In acest caz, apa n- ar trebui sa
depaseasca 38 °C. Insa, daca organismul va e slabit
din pricina virozei, riscati sa aveti probleme de circulatie. *Piper fiert contra temperaturii* Scade febra:
frecati intr-un mojar doua lingurite de boabe de piper negru, apoi
fierbeti-le intr-o jumatate de litru de apa, cu doua lingurite cu varf
de zahar. Lasati-le sa fiarba la foc mic, pana cand cantitatea se reduce
la o cana.
Consumati lichidul pe toata durata zilei, luand cate o
lingura.. *Zahar cu
lamaie*Bun contra tusei iritative: daca n-aveti in casa bomboane de
tuse, stoarceti zeama dintr-o lamaie pe o bucatica de zahar si
sugeti-o.. Vitamina C si uleiurile eterice din fruct dezinfecteaza
faringele si activeaza secretia de saliva. *Supa tamaduitoare* Celebra supa de pui
fluidifica secretiile si
Cercetatorii americani au reusit sa demonstreze, insa, ca ea are un
efect terapeutic si in viroze. Iata cum o putem prepara, ca
sa fie deosebit de gustoasa. Se pune puiul in apa rece cu sare
si se infierbanta, pana da in clocot. Se adauga o ceapa taiata in
jumatati, cu doua cuisoare infipte in ea, si se lasa sa fiarba cam o ora
la foc mic. Apoi se mai pun o bucata de telina, 2-3 morcovi, un
pastarnac, o legatura de patrunjel, o gulie, trei boabe de piper si se
fierbe in continuare. Cand legumele sunt fierte, puiul se scoate din
oala, se transeaza si se baga la loc in supa. *Bautura de soc* Scurteaza viroza: potrivit
unui studiu efectuat la Universitatea din Ierusalim, extractul de soc
face ca raceala sa treaca mai repede cu trei-patru zile si poate combate
chiar gripa. Boabele negre contin multa vitamina C si fier, componente
esentiale pentru sistemul imunitar. Reteta unei bauturi fierbinti de
soc: jumatate de litru de suc de soc se amesteca in jumatate de litru de
apa si se infierbanta bine. Se asezoneaza cu doua cuisoare, un bastonas
de scortisoara, precum si cu sucul si coaja rasa ale unei portocale
proaspete... Indulciti cu miere. *Nu uitati ghimbirul* Ajutor pentru respiratie:
medicina traditionala chineza ne invata ca ceapa verde de arpagic si
ghimbirul actioneaza asupra plamanilor, normalizand respiratia. Dati in
clocot cate 15 g de ghimbir proaspat, impreuna cu 120 g pere. Bateti
doua oua si le amestecati in pasta fierbinte. Se mananca seara, inainte
de culcare. *Cataplasme
cu diverse adaosuri*Caldura, ea singura, va
face bine, cand aveti
dureri de gat. Dar exista si un ajutor suplimentar: cataplasmele
cu continut tamaduitor. Luati un servet de bumbac sau de in,
impaturiti-l in lungime si intindeti pe el unul din urmatoarele remedii:
solzi de ceapa, cartofi fierbinti, zdrobiti, felii de lamaie, 250 g
branza de vaci incalzita. Sau inmuiati pânza in untura topita intr-o
tigaie.. Infasurati cataplasma in jurul gatului si acoperiti-o cu un
prosop uscat. *Hartia
(Clinex)cu otet*Va desfunda narile: inmuiati o batista de
hartie in otet, pana se imbiba toata, presarati pe ea piper negru
proaspat macinat si asezati- o pe piept, fata cu piper fiind indreptata
in jos. Ramaneti in repaos 20 de minute, dupa care va
un prosop cald. *Gargara
cu suc de aloe* Daca aveti nu propriu-zis o durere, ci mai degraba o jena
in gât, ea poate fi stopata cu urmatoarea procedura: din ora in ora,
faceti gargara cu suc sau gel nediluat de aloe, pe care vi le puteti
procura din farmacii sau de la magazinele naturiste. Substanta
activa continuta in frunzele de aloe calmeaza mucoasele si reduce
inflamatia. Atentie: nu inghititi lichidul cu care faceti gargara,
fiindca s-ar putea sa aiba efect laxativ. *Sfecla si
la mare pret*Elibereaza sinusurile infundate: beti zilnic 1/4 l suc de
sfecla rosie, mancand alaturi 20 g de hrean ras chiar atunci.
Pigmentul betanina, continut in sfecla, ajuta la desprinderea
bacteriilor fixate pe mucoase. Uleiurile volatile din hrean
neutralizeaza germenii. *Infuzie de patlagina*Ceaiul de
patlagina amelioreaza toate infectiile cailor respiratorii. El are o
actiune antibacteriana si dilata bronhiile. Totodata, contine mucilagii
tusea. Mod de preparare:
1/4 l apa clocotita peste doua lingurite de patlagina, se acopera si
se infuzeaza zece minute, dupa care se bea cu inghitituri mici. *Nu chiar asa fierbinte* Cand sunteti
raciti, lasati bauturile foarte fierbinti sa se racoreasca putin. De
pilda, daca veti bea un ceai medicinal aproape clocotit, temperatura
ridicata va face faringele deja iritat sa sufere si mai mult.
Consecinta: bacteriile cu care ceaiul ar trebui sa lupte vor gasi un nou
teren prielnic pentru a se inmulti. *Planul
insanatosire in 6 zile*
Daca mergi la doctor, raceala
dureaza sapte zile, daca nu te duci, dureaza o saptamana , aceasta este
regula empirica in privinta racelilor tipice. Insa cine va combate
simptomele ghidandu- se dupa desfasuratorul nostru se va inzdraveni mai
Ziua 1: Cum va simtiti: Va dor capul si membrele, sunteti
lipsiti de vlaga, aveti dificultati de concentrare? Ce aveti de
facut: Fortificati-va sistemul imunitar cu o doza masiva de vitamine:
beti de trei ori pe zi cate un pahar de zeama de lamaie fierbinte si,
suplimentar, luati un preparat cu multivitamine. Pentru durerile de cap,
luati acid acetilsalicilic (aspirina). Culcati-va devreme.
2: Cum va simtiti: Va ustura gâtul si va mananca
narile? Ce aveti de facut: Sugeti bomboane de tuse. Din trei in trei
ore faceti gargara cu apa sarata. Seara, o baie fierbinte. Dupa
aceea, beti o cana mare de ceai de tei (adultii pot pune in el un strop
de rom, ori de extract alcoolic de echinacea). Infofoliti-va, ca sa
va fie cald, dormiti mult si transpirati.
Ziua 3: Cum va simtiti:
Va dor muschii si oasele, sunteti ragusiti, aveti nasul infundat? Ce
aveti de facut: Ramaneti in pat, nu mergeti la serviciu.
Faceti inhalatii aromate la fiecare trei ore, ca sa dati drumul
secretiilor nazale. Tot din trei in trei ore, faceti gargara. Vorbiti
cat mai putin, menajati-va coardele vocale.
Ziua 4: Cum va
simtiti: Acum nasul va curge din plin si incepe o tuse uscata? Ce aveti
de facut: Ramaneti in continuare la pat, mancati ceva usor ( de exemplu
o supa de pui). Pentru a mentine
umiditatea mucoasei nazale, folositi apa cu sare. Contra tusei, sugeti
bomboane cu zahar ( zaharul dezinfecteaza). Seara, ungeti-va pe piept cu
o pomada impotriva racelii.
Ziua 5: Cum va simtiti: Nu mai aveti
febra, iar guturaiul aproape a disparut. Dar tusea devine mai
puternica... Ce aveti de facut: Beti multe lichide, preferabil ceaiuri
de plante. In cazul cand doriti sa intrebuintati ceai de tuse, urmati
intocmai indicatiile de preparare, deoarece efectul obtinut depinde de
Ziua 6: Cum va simtiti: Aproape ca ati trecut
hopul, dar inca sunteti lipsiti de puteri. Ce aveti de facut: Umpleti
din nou depozitele de vitamine si minerale ale organismului dvs., golite

How the XVIth Karmapa Recognized
The Karmapa recognized the XIIth Tai Situ Rinpoche
after he returned from a visit to China. He did not perform a

also prophesied the coming of the Karmapa in hidden texts; in the termas
it is stated that there will be 21 Karmapas in all.
Question: I heard
that the XVIIth Karmapa is going to be
the most powerful of all. Is that true?
Tenzin Namgyal: It
is said that the sacred power of the Karmapa
will depend upon living beings and disciples. There is no difference
power and blessings of the Karmapas, but it just depends upon the
